Larger beer garden available for exclusive use* week days or weekends – for BBQs, drinks receptions or garden parties (we can even hire in a bouncy castle to keep the children happy!). We can also cater for weddings and other functions up to approximately 150 people by arranging a marquee in our beer garden.

Our objective is to offer a really interesting and even challenging menu, focused on local produce as much as possible. Almost everything is made in house from base ingredients. From mayonnaise to ice creams
Our suppliers are small firms, game keepers and farmers in Oxfordshire and Berkshire (except the fish of course which comes from Cornwall) and game and “wild food” that we either forage ourselves or barter with our neighbours. We specially love to offer venison, rabbit and wood pigeon. Guaranteed free range, organic, humane and cholesterol free!
Our menu changes on an almost daily basis, according to what our suppliers bring us and what is in season.
